Redboat Qigong

The traditional Chinese medicine of the Shaolin monks means translated: "The work (Gong) with life energy (Qi)". It is used for holistic prevention and treatment of diseases and disorders, as well as mental training.

Regardless of form, method and origin, is the intention of various qigong exercises to mobilize the spiritual power to regulate breathing and enable the practitioner to gain a natural body posture and natural mobility.

Observations in Chinese sanatoriums and clinics show, that through Qi Gong positive effects can be achieved even in the field of psychosomatic medicine.

With regular practice, Qigong can help with body aches, circulatory and heart problems, eczema, nervous stomach disorders, stabilize blood pressure and reduce insomnia. Activating Qi and muscle meridians dissolves tensions and blockages, and with continuous exercise the practitioner regains his own balance.

The Wing Chun masters used their knowledge of the body functions, mechanics and energetic processes not only to fight, but also to heal.

Shaolin Qigong is accessible for people of all ages
